Yay, yay, yay!!!!! Lathan did such a great thing when he noticed the book was upside down before he started reading. They both did excellent on the color book, and I love how they point to the words while they are using the pictures to read. Lauren has the rhythm of Brown Bear down, and I understand why she would be confused by the Polar Bear/Brown Bear mix-up. They are doing such smart things while they read. Aunt Pammie is SO proud!!
As a Reading Recovery Teacher I have to agree with Aunt Pammie - they really ARE doing such smart things while reading. They can come teach my first graders to read ANYTIME!!! : ) Kelsey and I really enjoyed watching and listening especially Lauren and how she was keeping the beat and looking for that flamingo! : )
Soooooooo cuuuute!!!!!!!!!
