Lauren caught Robert and Daniel eating all of her candy
So she picked up her basket
And stomped off...

(seriously guys, if you want this pic for your myspace page, just let me know. I'll cut you a good deal.)
After the hunt, we went back to Sue's and ate Barbecue. Later, after dinner, we dyed Easter eggs.
About to get messy (check out Logan's stomach...???)
Let the fun begin!
Emmy had a minor accident with the purple dye and was removed from the activity and sent straight to the bath!
The Guinn Triplets weren't far behind...
Lauren
Logan
Lathan (think he drank the dye??? nope, he just dropped his paci in it!)
Logan was having fun until he realized that the dye wasn't coming off. He kept saying "wash... mess"
Once all of the little ones were fast asleep, the Easter bunny came.
The Trio's Baskets and Easter Packages
Lauren was the first to sneak a peak into her goodies...
Wasn't long, they were all digging in!
Daddy helping Lauren open her presents
Before getting dressed for church, we took the babies outside to get a picture of them in their Easter pj's.
Lauren thought this was a crazy idea and had no intentions of smiling.
"Seriously Mom...I'm not going to smile."
"Shoot...I really don't want to smile. Think of something sad - quick!"
"Oh yeah...I was once a preemie who spent a long time in the NICU...works every time!"
Logan and Emmy - BEST BUDS!!!
After church, we hunted our Easter Eggs
Lathan
As he leaned over to get the egg his bucket emptied...
Hmmm...
So he sat and put each piece of grass back, one by one.
I don't have many good pics of Logan hunting eggs. He's more in to throwing fits these days.
One minute sad...
The next happy...
And then upset again.
Lauren found an egg!

After pics, we played with bubbles
And chased Robert!

Then a quick trip to the park before we had to leave town...

1/2 a second before this picture took, Logan was holding Daniel's hand. He let go and took off, once he saw Daniel's bike!)
Daniel was sweet and let him take a ride...
A bicycle built for TWO!
THE END!!!
How could Lauren NOT smile in those morning pictures? You can't help but laugh when you see Julie's reflection through the window!

Loved the pictures. I thought it was neat that in the egg dying pics, there was a newspaper article "May the Easter bunny live". So funny. I also like the one of the four in their pj's and seeing the reflections of the photographers.
ReplyDeleteLooks like you had an awesome Easter!
ReplyDeleteYOu've made me re-think not letting Colin color easter eggs.....may have to bust out the dye next week.
Thanks for adding me to your blog. Your kids are so adorable, I love all your easter pictures. I cant wait till my three are old enough to dye eggs.
