They all really enjoyed the puzzle, but Lathan sat there and put it together two more times after everyone else had moved on. He was really good at it!

June 8 Hand Me Downs

I love putting London in the triplets hand me downs...brings back such fun memories!

I think the triplets only wore this outfit once or twice before two out of the three got stained. I remembered them wearing them for Patrick's company picnic in May of '07, the weekend before Emmy's arrival. I went back through pictures and had to post some of these "never before seen/posted".

London ate his 1st real food tonight...rice cereal and applesauce! (Technically though I guess the fruit loop the triplets fed him a few weeks ago would actually be his first taste of food, but we're using tonight's feast for the baby book)


At first he wasn't so sure...

But after a while he really liked it!

The video (Once again, London was a real trooper! Trying something new with a noisy audience, being photographed and filmed PLUS letting the trio take turns feeding him, all while being tired and late for bedtime - he really is super baby!)

*Buying single jars of baby food, unlike the flats we used to buy with the trio, reminded us of just how much the trio used to consume. During their baby food days, we averaged 96 jars PER WEEK and towards the end the triplets were consuming 126 jars PER WEEK (they each ate 2 jars, three times per day)!!!

Our Pantry in 2007 (We couldn't fit 7 days worth in our pantry at one time. This is 90 jars...a little more than 4 days worth!)

LOVE this!!!

Just watch the first few seconds of this video...cracks me up! The kids (the boys especially) were on a Lion King kick for a while and apparently as a result picked up growling as a form of releasing frustration. In the video, Lathan growls at Lauren for knocking over his blocks (VERY uncharacteristic of Lauren...not sure why she did that). My favorite is when the boys do it to each other. They growl back and forth, getting louder and louder, hopefully I catch them on video someday! Until then...

(You'll also hear Lauren ask Lathan if he's mad which she does ALL THE TIME! She'll come up and ask "are you mad?" and if you say no she'll ask "are you frustrated?". She does it now to be silly but it has started to annoy the boys!)

Tonight Daddy watched London, Lauren & Logan while I got to take Lathan out for a special "date".

We met up with Grammie and Aunt Pammie at Lathan's favorite restaurant...Chili's.

On our way inside the house, Lathan had a staring contest with a toad (the toad won...Lathan was too antsy to see Lauren and Logan! He teared up on the way home asking where they were and why they didn't get to go. He was greeted with hugs and kisses as soon as we walked in the door from Lauren who acted like he had been gone the whole week!)

Friday I took my crew to Chic Fil A (or chic a lay as the kids call it!)...

London 4 Month Checkup

Mr Fuzz had his 4 month checkup last week...

Head Circumference: 16 1/2
Height: 25 1/4 (50-75%)
Weight: 15lbs 11 oz (50-75%)

We were given the ok to start cereal, fruits and veggies but at the time I thought he wasn't ready. Within the past few days however, he's really been eyeing everything we eat, so I think we'll try some cereal here soon.

His newest trick (from the past 2 weeks) is that he rolls from back to front...so funny to watch. He loves his baths (makes a big o' mess splashing with excitement) and "talks" to anyone who will listen. He LOVES his brothers and his sister and thinks that anything they do is hilarious. He watches them like a hawk and studies their every move. You can almost see the wheels in his head turning!!!

He's growing up WAY TOO FAST!!!
